2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1174 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 and 317(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, two miscreants riding a motorcycle snatched the mobile phone of the informant who had been travelling in an auto. The informant caught hold of one of the miscreants and both of them fell down along with their motorcycles and the person driving the motorcycle fled away and co-accused Jacky Kumar was apprehended and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25718 of 2026(2) dt.17-04-2026 2/3 handed over to the police. The apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner who fled away from the spot.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from person of possession of the petitioner who has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion arising out of confessional statement of the co-accused. Learned counsel next submits that petitioner is having antecedent of one case in which he is on bail. Learned counsel lastly submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposes the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of allegation, submission of chargesheet and period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional

(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial Court.
