The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Masaurhi P.S. Case No.72 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna.

It is alleged in the written report that these petitioners along with other accused assaulted the informant and his family members on account of which father of the informant died and several other family members sustained injuries on vital parts of the body.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23014 of 2017 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners may surrender in the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
