Patna High Court CWJC No.6372 of 2022(2) dt.20-06-2022 2/3 the vehicles (Bus) of the petitioner and his other family members bearing Registration Number attached with the application respectively which were used by the State Government in Lok Sabha Election 2019 for the period 04.04.2019 to 20.05.2019. And further grant other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled with interest for delayed payment for which the petitioner has already submitted application to the Respondents on 16.02.2021 along with the list of buses which were seized and used in the Lok Sabha Election 2019 indicating the period for use and its Log Book numbers."

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the
