Taking into consideration the Order, passed in the Cr. Misc. No. No. 2474 of 2014 with regard to other accused and keeping in mind that the allegation is of similar nature, anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.
