JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that seven accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injuries and petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.08.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76371 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Banka, in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018.
