The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 4.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20327 of 2014 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 379 of 2012 pending before the learned C.J.M., Bhabhua, with additional condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier and in case of failure on six consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted was directed to be deemed cancelled.

The petitioners earlier preferred a modification application for modification of the condition of appearance vide Cr. Misc. No. 10791 of 2015. The said modification application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44665 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 was disposed of vide order dated 24.4.2015 modifying the order to the extent that the learned court below will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners on three consecutive defaults. But it appears that the words 'during trial' could not be incorporated. Let the order dated 24.4.2015 be read as 'the learned court below will cancel the bail bonds on three consecutive defaults during trial'

The present modification application has been filed for modification of the same condition of appearance. The order dated 24.4.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10791 of 2015 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
