In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 18470 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 05.05.2016, rejected the same with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of judicial custody. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2016.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50212 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016.
