Case No.92 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 448, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners filed ABP No.637 of 2014 before the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara. The same was rejected on 14.08.2014. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The complainant and the petitioners are said to be the agnates. The allegation against the petitioners and certain others is that they have stolen money of the complainant. The matter needs to be examined. The record does not disclose that anything was recovered from the petitioners.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2014 (G.R. No.1650 of 2014).
