Petitioners, Sunil Mali and Rajesh Mali, are in custody since 17.05.2016 in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 registered under Sections 47, 53(C) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

According to prosecution case, from the joint possession of these petitioners, 55 bottles each containing 300 M.L. of countrymade liquor were recovered. 4.

Considering the quantity of recovery and the period of detention of these petitioners, I direct both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38958 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016.
