2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner managed some other persons to appear at the written examination, held for appointment to the post of constable in their place.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on exactly similar footing, a number of accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 21985 of 2019 and 21660 of 2019.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially on the ground of parity, let the petitioner, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27835 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna Sadar, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
