The petitioner seeks bail in case No. C-2/519/2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 66 liters of Nepali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2018. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with case No. C-2/519/2018.
