The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Subsequently Section 302 I.P.C was also added.

It is a case of assaulting by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23282 of 2022(3) dt.23-11-2022 2/3 informant Ashok Keshari who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of assaulting to the informant is against co-accused Dinbandhu Sharma who assaulted the deceased on his head by iron khanti on the order of his father Hariom Sharma. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 718 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid
