In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 for offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is a direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused fire-arm injury to the deceased.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Yadav is rejected.
