The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sourbazar P.S. Case No. 250/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is the mother-in-law of deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. She is in custody since 25.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74374 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sourbazar P.S. Case No. 250/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
