Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named but it appears that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01-03-2016.
