The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and her husband, due to which they sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.2.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Due to land dispute the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. Injury has been caused on non-vital part of the body. No offence under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21996 of 2019(3) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Manpur P.S. case No.132 of 2017.
