Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report along with four others. It appears sharp cut injury is attributed to Ram Baran Mahto. Petitioner is the author of the simple injury, so submitted counsel for the petitioner. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in the light of the submission noted above and if the injuries attributed to the petitioner is found simple from the case diary, petitioner be admitted to the privilege of bail to the satisfaction of Chief
