Nobody appeared on behalf of the respondent. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that the matter between the parties has been resolved and in this regard the Opposite Party has filed a petition before the Principal Judge, Family Court stating therein that both parties have compromised the case but the court below has not disposed of petition filed on their behalf.

In view of above facts, the compliance of order as regards issuance of distress warrant against the petitioner shall be considered only after hearing of both the parties on the pending petition with respect to compromise.
