The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 15/18 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

According to the FIR on non-agricultural land of the government someone had planted opium Plants. The same was destroyed by the authority on 06.04.2016. Thereafter the authority came to know that the same was planted by the petitioner and other named accused persons. FIR was lodged on 06.04.2016. Considering the fact that only suspicion is against the petitioner and the petitioner has stated, on oath, that he has got no criminal antecedent, let above named petitioner be released on
