The petitioner has moved this court for renewing the prayer for anticipatory bail in the changed circumstances, as such, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to disposal of the earlier application, now final form has been submitted by the police and petitioner has not been sent up for trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail, as petitioner being an old man may not be placed behind the bars.

Considering the facts and the changed circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76697 of 2018(2) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 366/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
