JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No. 518 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 506, 509 and 120B of the Indian penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61779 of 2018. Allegation against the petitioner and one more accused is of stabbing the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018 and informant has not supported the prosecution case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is
