The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the case of the petitioner stands on exactly identical footing to that of Mohan Kumar Yadav @ Mohan Yadav, Sunil Kumar Yadav @ Sunil Yadav and Santu Kumar Yadav @ Santu Kumar who have already been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36509 of 2016.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons assigned in the earlier order dated 28.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36509 of 2016, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No.12 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
