Case No.118 of 2014. Several sections, such as 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 188, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code have been invoked against them. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners filed ABP No.644 of 2014 before the Sessions Judge, Buxar. The same was rejected on 19.08.2014. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Even from the perusal of the FIR, it is evident that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37482 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 the offence alleged against the petitioners is a sequel to the alleged violation of the orders passed under Section 144 Cr. P.C. However, no proceedings were initiated before any Court of law. The matter needs to be examined.

Hence, this application is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. Case No.118 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C..
