Petitioner No. 1 father-in-law of the informant, his two sons Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 354 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. It appears Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that allegation has been made because there is a family dispute between Petitioner No. 1, his two sons Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 on the one side and husband of the informant on

Let the petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below (C.J.M., Sitamarhi) and apply for regular bail in connection with Majorganj P.S.
