Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2016 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 34 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one rifle along with six cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is an employee of C.M.S. Company and his duty was in the cash Van as a Guard, from which the cash deposited in the ATM. The company used to pay him salary per month. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2016.
