Misc. No. 46461 of 2015) and order dated 05.01.2015 passed in Complaint Case No. C 418 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikaramganj(Rohtas) (Cr. Misc. No. 4423 of 2015) are hereby set aside.
The application stands disposed off.
