JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 This application is filed for modification of order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29258 of 2014. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29258 of 2014 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Trial No. 2688 of 2013 arising out of Bhabua Compliant Case No. 694 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., but due to some

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as ordered in Cr. Misc. No. 29258 of 2014 be further extended by three weeks from today in connection with Trial No. 2688 of 2013 arising out of Bhabua Compliant Case No. 694 of 2012.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29258 of 2014 is modified to the above extent.
