The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Recovery of fire-arm and cartridges are from near the temple of Kali Mai. The recovery was made on the disclosure statement of co-accused Guddu @ Guddu Pawari, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.80593 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Case No.372 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
