JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 29-11-2018 Heard Shri Anjani Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General No.4 for the State.
This contempt application has been placed before the Full Bench alleging disobedience of the order dated 10th of February, 1992.
The allegation in the contempt application is that in spite of the directions to draw up a scheme for regularisation of the petitioners in the writ petition has not been complied with by the State Government.
The learned Additional Advocate General informs the
Patna High Court MJC No.391 of 1992(3) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 Court upon instructions from the Director, Mass Education, that the matter had also travelled up to the Apex Court and certain directions were issued, whereafter appointments and absorptions appear to have been made under a scheme formulated and, accordingly, the directions of this Court in the order dated 10.02.1992 have been substantially complied with.
There is no one present on behalf of the petitioners and, therefore, in the wake of the aforesaid submissions raised, we do not find it expedient to further keep this matter pending which is, accordingly, consigned to records without prejudice to the rights of any person to raise his individual claim as and when the occasion so arises.
Consigned to records.
