Petitioner seeks bail in connection with C2/317 of 2016 registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
