Police, on getting confidential information, conducted raid at the house of the petitioner where others were consuming wine. On search, 3.5 ltrs. of countrymade wine was recovered and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.08.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner namely Anil Kumar Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. case no. 99 of 2016.
