Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 376/511 of the Penal Code in which police submitted Final Form but on the basis of protest petition filed by the informant cognizance has been taken and that is how petitioner is apprehending arrest.

Let the petitioner, who is a retired Headmaster of the school, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be admitted to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41296 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P.S.
