The petitioner seeks bail in Yadopur P.S. Case No. 68/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that stolen trolley was kept near the house of Bikash Ram. The police raided the place and recovered trolley of the tractor from the possession of Bikash Ram. Bikash Ram is said to have disclosed that the petitioner also kept the stolen Innova vehicle. On such, the police raided the house of the petitioner from where one Innova vehicle was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a driver. He has taken Innova vehicle on hire from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54284 of 2016 (4) dt.09-03-2017 one Satya Raj Prasad on payment of monthly rent of Rs. 22,000/-. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 22.09.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Yadopur P.S.
