2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue an application order/s direction/s including a writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6250 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 mandamus directing upon the SubDivisional Officer Samastipur hereinafter refereed to as respondent No (5) to remove the encroachment from the land of the petitioner measuring an Area 6 Khata 8 Dhur appertaining to Khata No-849, Situated in Mauza Bishanpur, P.ODharampur Bandey, P.S. Patory DistrictSamastipur, which is said to be Khatyani land of the petitioner;

(ii) to direct the Respondent No. (5) to remove the encroachment from the abovementioned private Land of the petitioner encroached by the private respondents and vacate the same from unauthorized Possession;

(iii) to the direct the Respondent No (5) to remove the encroachment from abovementioned land in accordance with the provision of Law;

(iv) to any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the fact

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate/competent court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
