JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 141 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 142.5 liters liquor from the Auto Rickshaw.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is only a driver of the said vehicle, having no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 14.10.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76363 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Banka, in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 141 of 2018.
