This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the order dated 24.10.2013 passed in Kasim Bazar P. S. Case No. 74 of 2013 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial after taking cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 498-A of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51036 of 2013 (6) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
