Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 335 of 2014 under Sections 366A and other Sections of the I.P.C.

The informant Sumit Kumar alleged that the petitioners kidnapped him for marriage on 22.06.2014 but the informant did not agree to marry. The father of the informant also came on 23.06.2014 thereafter the informant went alongwith his father. It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 22.06.2014. The informant was freed from the captivity of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50167 of 2014 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 petitioners on 23.06.2014 but no case was lodged. F.I.R. was lodged only on 21.07.2014 and this fact shows falsity of the case. On the other hand, learned Additional P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 335 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
