The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of Excise Act.

About 25 litres of country made liquor allegedly was recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle of the petitioner and 50 litres from the river side which was alleged to be of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2016. The offence was allegedly committed in March, 2016. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Dibya
