2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 15.3 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the poultry farm of petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
