Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After twenty five years of marriage wife of this petitioner died. Allegation is of commission of murder as the petitioner was in extra marital relation.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence and the victim has committed suicide for trivial dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43701 of 2016 (6) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with S. Tr. No. 70 of 2016 arising out of Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 192 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
