The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of Memo No.4129 dated 10.09.2018 issued by the Director of ICDS and further prayer has been made to entertain the claim of the petitioner for the post of Anganwari Sevika for the Anganwari Center No.216, Ward No.15 under the Block of Adapur, District- East Champaran at Motihari and further to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8148 of 2019(4) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 direct the respondents to modify the Memo No.199 dated 22.09.2018 issued by the CDPO, Adapur, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's claim is that he has passed matriculation examination from Nepal and his degree is equivalent to Bihar School Examination Board.

4. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in C.W.J.C. No.1311 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019 which was withdrawn with certain liberty and again the present petitioner has filed the second writ petition with same relief.

5. As such, the present writ petition is not maintainable, and therefore, stands dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U
