Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2016 on the accusation that he as well as other co-accused demanded extortion money from the informant for using the passage. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the dispute between the parties appears to have already been settled amicably. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar ( Safia Sarai ) P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016.
