Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Nagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 dated 16.01.2014 (G.R. No.158/2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has informed this Court that chargesheet in this case has been submitted and under the

directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the matter has been transferred to the Special Court for trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner for quashing of the First Information Report. The prayer is rejected.

However, the petitioner would have the liberty to avail of the remedies, which are available to him under the law. This petition stands dismissed..
