Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report and the impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners who are languishing in jail custody since 27.6.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Arah Town P.S.
