Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fatepur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018 for the offence under sections 419, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the instant case was registered on 3.4.2018 in connection with irregularity in Manrega scheme 2006-2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to inordinate delay of 11years in lodging the FIR. He submits that petitioner has absolutely no concern with the work in question as he has neither singed the measurement book nor

In para-10 there is specific plea that the work was done by Vishwanath Singh, JE who has signed on that paper and nothing was done by the petitioner in connection with Manrega scheme.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Xth, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2086/2018) subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be government employee including the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
