2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 487 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 363/365/34/364/302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased was cut into pieces. During investigation, it has come that supari for killing the deceased was given by one Sangeet Kumar @ Bluetooth. The deceased was killed brutally and the petitioner had participated in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2024. The bail application of the similarly situated coaccused have already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 229 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26829 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 2025 and order dated 06.09.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 19902 of 2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
