Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the informant, being none else but the cousin brother-in-law (Sala) of the petitioner, comes out to say that on being represented by the petitioner and one Ekhlakh Khan, he had paid a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in cash for getting visa and other travel documents for going abroad, this Court would not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail particularly when the petitioner has said that he is not able to repay the amount as alleged in the F.I.R.
That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. But then nothing said in this order, however, will prejudice the petitioner either in surrendering or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43523 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 making prayer for regular bail.
