Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsingsarai Police Station Case No.326 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 (E) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Samastipur.

Perused the report of the learned trial judge. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present.

Petitioner may renew prayer for the examination of the victim girl during trial.
