The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 611(C) of 2013 for the offences under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
From reading the order of learned Sessions Judge, Munger, in Anticipatory Bail Application No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41647 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 513/2014, it is apparent that it is clearly a case of civil dispute and for the reasons, as noted by the learned Sessions Judge, this application for bail, in anticipation of arrest, is allowed.
In the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the abovenamed petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger, in connection with Complaint Case No. 611(C) of 2013, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
