This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the order dated 17.08.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 428 of 2009 by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 147, 448, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
